Product Description

Intended use

The Beckman Coulter Control Serum 1 is intended for use as quality control material to monitor the precision and accuracy of the general chemistry assays on Beckman Coulter AU / Olympus AU series clinical chemistry analyzers. Control values falling outside the laboratory's established ranges indicate that the system may not be performing correctly and must be investigated and resolved before patient results are reported. Not for use as a calibrator.

Storage & shelf life

Store the unopened lyophilised vials at 2-8 C until the expiration date printed on the label. Reconstitute exactly as directed; reconstituted material must be used within the period stated in the package insert and may require aliquoting and freezing. Do not freeze the unreconstituted vials. COLD CHAIN: YES - ships refrigerated (2-8 C) with gel packs.
