Product Description

Intended Use: Reagents for the automated differentiation and enumeration of leukocyte subpopulations in whole blood. Feeds the two diff channels: the peroxidase channel (cytochemical stain — combines cell volume by light scatter with peroxidase absorption to separate neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils) and the basophil/lobularity channel (surfactant + phthalic acid strips cytoplasm from all WBCs except basophils and lyses RBCs/platelets).
