Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised during shipping.
  • Manufacturer defect/recall: If the manufacturer issues a product recall or confirms a defect.

Conditions for Return

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Products must remain unopened, sealed, and stored under proper refrigerated conditions (2–8°C) until pickup/return.
  • Proof of issue (photos, lot number, invoice) may be required before authorization.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable and regulated nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, partially used, or improperly stored reagents.
  • Orders where the shelf life has been reduced due to delayed notification.
  • Products correctly fulfilled and delivered according to order specifications.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns will be replaced with the correct product or fully refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds/replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after return authorization.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or carrier damage.
